Food used to be good. Ordered avacado toast with chicken salad. Got avacado toast with egg salad on very burnt bread.... They need to be more careful.Coffee was watery and tasted burnt. Perhaps my not tipping ahead of time if the cause of the lack if care. Gald I didn't tip and will I not return. Overall the food and service have gone downhill drastically. I paid a lot ofoney for horrible food and coffee I had to toss. The fact that they would serve a sandwich with very burnt toast is proof they don't care about the quality of the food they serve or customers.read more

The staff had a bit of an attitude, the gluten free items were mixed in with the regular items which defeats the... purpose of having gluten free items. The bread is good, goes well with the cheese place next door.read more

I have been coming here for over 6+ years and the quality of the staff has really gone down hill. Most of the time you... call and the staff wont even know whats on the menu. The staff is not very friendly in person or over the phone. I called recently and the person had me on hold for 10 minutes to place my order only to be hanged up on in the end. It's really a shame.read more

Ross Bread Shoppe is a very popular place for obvious reasons. They have a variety of breads and pastries and... everything is fresh. They have a good selection of breakfast and lunch items and sandwiches that are quick and convenient. Everything looks pretty good to be honest.Service is on point and they make their coffee drinks very well. Butternut squash soup is choice, hidden gem. Only downside is that they need a bigger space because this place can get BUSY!read more

The bread here is legit. Seriously good pastries. Perfect lattes. It's almost always busy because it is one of the... only places around to get rustic breads made from scratch.read more
